About Us
Build A Garden Pond is owned, written and maintained by me, Pam Neely, a master gardener living in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
I've been fascinated by ponds since I was a little girl. Though water is precious here, we conserve our usage enough in other areas of life
to let ourselves splurge on a small pond. It has been a wonderful experience adding a pond to our backyard - the sound of running water can be heard
throughout the house, we see many more birds (and honey bees, who need all the help they can get right now), and taking a break from
work to look into the clear, deep water is a priviledge and a blessing.
